My Pregnant Heart's Desires

The pregnancy is getting more and more real.
My belly is growing and I am transitioning to maternity clothes.

My dream remains the same with this pregnancy as it was with Ruby's.
To find a flattering pair of maternity jeans.
(within our budget...)
I'm not sure if they exist.
All companies assume your legs get enormous with pregnancy!
My BELLY gets big, but can we keep the leg size the same please? Anyone?!

So everyday, if I want to be comfortable, I have to wear Jnco's.
what were the 90's thinking?

On a separate but related note, with this pregnancy I know so much more about my body and about health. I have had some major back pain (only feels good when I stand. Lovely. I've shot out of bed at night in anger and pain and just stood in the middle of the room declaring to Kevin I GUESS I'LL JUST SLEEP STANDING UP LIKE A HORSE TONIGHT.)

But when I do yoga I feel like a million bucks. I have a yoga mat with 30 mins of poses on the actual mat that Kevin's parents got me for Christmas and I love it. It feels so, so good.
But I've done that routine over and over and me and the baby are hungry for more.
I did some research and I want this DVD soooooo badly!

I mean, what part about that workout does not seem fabulous?
When she's dancing I want to hop into the screen and smile and laugh and dance with her.
And the relaxation part at the end with all the pillows and your leg up on the chair? I just want to get down there and cuddle with her and say "thank you for the workout, sensei"

It's $30 though! So...we'll see.

What were your pregnancy must-haves/wishes?

first of all-thank you so much for the comment on my blog. It made me smile.

second-I completely understand the whole "legs get huge when pregnant" dilema. What the heck is up with that?! Because NO weight goes to my legs while pregnant. And I have the flattest butt in the world to begin with so I have serious issues with maternity pants.

I got a pair for 16.99 on Forever 21.com. The thing is, you have to catch it at the right time. Forever 21 DOES carry maternity clothes but it seems like they sell out REALLY fast whenever they put new stuff up and transition stuff in and out of it a lot. Sometimes there is a ton of selection and then other times all htey have up are a few items. So check there periodically. The jeans are pretty good. My only gripe is that I wish I would have gotten a size smaller than I did. Because they almost fall off because of how loose they are around my waist. So if you are stuck between two sizes go with the smaller of the two.

I only have to wear these blasted jeans for another 6 weeks plus however long it takes me to get back into regular jeans so I'm just truckin a long and dealing with it. But for the price they are worth it.

Thirdly-I have had THE WORST hip/back pain imaginable this pregnancy. Literally the only thing to relieve it is to get on all fours and do a few yoga poses.

Okay! This is my third comment but I just went on Forever21.com and saw they have a pair of jeans on there for $5.99 right now!? Holy cow. If I wasn't 35 weeks along I'd be ordering a pair myself. So that's quite a deal. It's not a full belly panel though. I've heard good things about the maternity line by Heidi Klum at Motherhood Maternity too. I forget what it's called. But she has a lot of selection on their website I think.

Here's the link to those jeans..they'll probably sell out really fast and right now they only have 2 items up. It's hit and miss with them:
