The Fever Continues

Last night after my run I was sprawled out on the floor cooling off and I guess a gas bubble? moved in my stomach and it felt EXACTLY like when your baby moves inside your womb.

Such a tease.

I shouted to Kevin I was so excited it was happening and he just shook his head and smiled and was like "even your body wants a baby". Yes! (No, I am not pregnant. Just had my period. TMI? Sorry...)

Yesterday me and Ruby were playing in her room and I said "Ruby do you want a baby brother or sister?" and she just looked at me and didn't say much. I asked again and she nodded yes. I said "when do you want one?" and I swear she said while playing...."ten months"...

Yaaaay! I believe her :)

It's so weird, because I want to be pregnant. I want another baby. But not really bad enough to actually jump off the edge and actually do it. Ya know? That's why surprise pregnancies are so cool because you can't really argue with it. You just receive it and hold on for the ride.

So we are not "trying" to get pregnant, but I am at the edge of my seat listening for the go ahead from my heavenly Father to say "yes...now is the time." Because I only want it to be in HIS timing. That's where the blessing comes and when we will have all the grace we need to have 2 little ones running around.

A couple weeks ago before I had my ultrasound I was sitting on the recliner and swore I felt something move in my tummy. I freaked out and was like "BRICE what if I'm farther along then I think I am!?" Which was really stupid since I was keeping track of my period pretty well at the time so I knew exactly when it started and stopped. But sometimes gas bubbles are INTENSE and seriously feel like baby kicks.

I've had dreams where I am pregnant and can feel the baby moving too. I can't wait to get to that point where I'm feeling this one squirm! It eases many fears and anxious thoughts when you can!

Jessica! I was cleaning out my email and saw that you sent me an invite ages ago. I'm sorry I didn't get it until now! So nice to catch up on your lives and see all is awesome! Ruby is as cute as EVER and SO BIG NOW! Holy cow! I am in the exact same baby fever state! Waiting on Daddy God's go ahead! Love you girl!

You crack me up! I have days where I'm so ready and days where I'm not ready at all. Baby #2 will have to be totally God because we can't make up our minds :)

P.S. I have those gas bubbles all the time. There are some times that I have Aaron feel them because the are so intense. Ha ha. Definitely brings back sweet memories of Elle moving inside me.
