I want to write a little dedication to my beloved Camelbak water bottle. I highly recommend getting something like this for everyone in your family. (They have little kid sizes, too!) Take this thing with you everywhere you go and you'll be drinking so much water, and flushing toxins and other unnecessaries out of your system all day! There are other good re-usable water bottles out there like
Just make sure your water bottles are BPA free, which your Aquafina one-time use bottles are NOT! Bottled water is so expensive and wasteful! You can even take this in to places like Subway or wherever you serve up your own drinks and refill this instead of using another plastic cup (or worse-styrofoam!) for water.

One day, I would love to get a reverse osmosis filter installed in our house. Wouldn't that be awesome?! Completely pure, bleach and fluoride free water? It is slightly discouraging when you're making it a point to drink water only, or drink great amounts of it, only to find out all the bad things that are in city water!
But hey...it's better than Diet Coke.

Drink up!

Hey Jessica, thanks for the encouragement about drinking water and such. Most people don't know that if they drink a HOT liquid in styrofoam that cancer causing agents are released. Also I found a good water purifyer at Cooks, forgot name at present. RO water is very good but there us a lot of waste water. This filter I have does not. I'll send the name, website, when I get home. Bless u!

2 out of our 3 Camelbacks had recurrent bacteria and gunk in the mouthpiece, I finally threw the tops away and keep intending to get replacement caps without the sipper. I like aluminum now.

yeah, just get new mouthpieces! or just drink out of it like a cup. you don't HAVE to use the rubber mouth pieces. or just drink out of the straw! (plastic under the mouth piece)

Good stuff! And may I share - I have been Diet Coke (and all artificial sweetner) free for one year and 8 months. I only drink water. No coffee, no tea, no milk, no juice. What a difference! And what a release not to live on artificial energy. This change has made me listen to my body and rest when I need to rest, and now I'm more alert than when I pumped my body full of caffiene!
