delicious AND healthy!

Remember how I just blogged that I hadn't yet made dinner? Well, Ruby fell asleep in her bouncer and gave me a chance to! Thanks baby girl!
Anyways, it was sooo good! Skillet cooked chicken is not as good as grilled, but it sure is quicker!

Warm corn, crumbled turkey bacon, roma tomotoes, and red onions added...

Shred the chicken and toss with mixture of Worcestershire sauce and ketchup (who would have known? So delicious!) Toss salad together, top with chicken, parmesan cheese, and balsamic vinegarette dressing, and...voila!

You have yourself a very fresh, delicious salad!
(Love warm weather food!)

Looks really YUMMY!!! Did you just mix worchestire sauce and ketchup together for the chicken? Just curious.

yes, for 2 chicken breasts it was 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce and 1 tbsp ketchup and you mixed the shredded chicken and that sauce together and then top the salad with it. Then drizzle the dressing on top. So yummy!

That looks fantastic Jessica. I'm glad the new program is making it easy for you, you'll get the hang of it and before you know it you'll know intuitively to add interesting ingredients like worchestershire sauce and ketchup - I'm proud of you!

Thanks for the idea! I am always stumped looking for good recipes that I can make gluten free...don't know if you know that, but I can't eat gluten. Do you know if ezmeals has options for recipes without gluten? I keep thinking of trying it, but don't know if I would end up paying for something I can "sometimes" use.

Kim, is gluten basically breaded things? Because they have a low-carb program that is obviously, way less or no bread.
