I have a problem:
I cannot stop eating sugar!!!
I crave it like I did when I was pregnant.
And my sorry attempts to find ways to trick my body into getting something sweet, like having an apple or decaf sweet tea
I want carbohydrate-filled SUGAR. Do you think it's because my body is lacking sugar, that's why I'm craving it so much? Or is it more likely that because I have been eating such bad sugars, that my body is wanting more and more of it?
